Did You Know?
Sunday, February 18, 2007 marks Chinese New Year, and as in year's past, YVR will celebrate this special holiday with a traditional Lion Dance performance. Between 10a.m. and 12p.m., performers will dance through the International and Domestic terminals to ring in the Year of the Pig.

Traditionally, the lion dance is used to bless. The lion is a sacred animal that chases away evil spirits and opens the door to health, happiness, wealth and prosperity.
