Airbus A380 Makes Another Stop at YVR
At 7:19 pm on the evening of October 16, Airbus A380 MSN009, powered by the new Engine Alliance GP7000 engines, touched down at YVR as part of the aircraft's certification process.
This fall, passengers, visitors and airport employees can keep sniffles at bay and work and travel plans on track by getting a flu shot on the fly at Vancouver Airport Medical Clinic.
Throughout the month of November, YVR's award-winning shops and services are getting into the Kiwi spirit with Taste of New Zealand, featuring a host of fabulous New Zealand-themed promotions.
Looking for some scarily good fun this Halloween? If you're in the YVR neighbourhood on October 31, stop by the International Terminal to partake in a fun contest or two with a chance to win some great prizes.
Last month, American Airlines "Flagship of Detroit" touched down for a visit at YVR. The completely restored DC-3 delighted onlookers as big-band music played softly in the background.
