Vancouver International Airport is honoured to be served by our volunteer customer service ambassadors. Our "Green Coats" can be found throughout the terminals and are identified by their bright green jackets and warm smiles.

The Green Coats are available to:

• Assist travellers in finding their way throughout the terminals
• Provide information on services available in the airport
• Inform travellers of the wonders of British Columbia and the Vancouver region.
