The YVR Lost and Found Department is located at the Customer Service Counter on Departures Level 3 of the International Terminal. Hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. The phone number is 604.276.6104. There is also a World-wide Toll Free service available by dialing 1.866.817.5243. To serve you better, please complete as much of this form as possible for any items you believe were Lost or Found within the Airport Terminal only. You will be notified within 48 Hours. If you have received an inquiry number from the YVR Lost and Found Department, please do not duplicate the inquiry via the email form. For items left onboard the aircraft, or went missing while under care of your airline (ie. Lost Baggage) - you must contact the airline company directly.
