Porters are available to assist you with your luggage. Porters are dressed in a blue uniform with a red cap, and work for an independently licensed operator: Vancouver Skycap Limited. They can most often be found on the arrival and departure levels curbside in both terminals and inside Canada Customs arrivals.
Due to security regulations, porters cannot perform airline baggage check-in duties or take baggage out of Canada Customs without owner present. Service fees are based on a tip basis and at discretion of customer and porter.
As a guideline, fee starts at approximately $2 CAD per bag but can be higher based on distance/weight and number of bags involved.
