Customer Service Counters can be found on the Departures Level of both the Domestic and
International Terminals. These counters are found in the centre part of the Check-in Areas of
both terminals. Services available include:
- Terminal maps
- Direction finding
- Rebate forms for Goods and Services Tax
- Customer comment forms
Customer Comment Cards
Located throughout the International Terminal are kiosks with flight information displays. Each
of these kiosks has customer comment cards. If you have a comment, complaint or compliment,
please fill in one of the cards and drop it in the slot in the kiosk. If you prefer, you can mail the
form to us. We also accept comments cards by e-mail.
